Cesar Prado is a GIS Technician with three years of industry experience supporting local government mapping initiatives. His technical background includes developing interactive public heating and cooling maps and engineering a custom Python toolbox to automate the spatial alignment of utility infrastructure. Academically, Cesar is completing a GIS Certificate (expected late 2026) and pursuing a B.A. in Software Development (expected Summer 2028) from Northern Illinois University. Outside of his professional work, Cesar loves traveling, attending large-scale music festivals, and has been playing the guitar for the past eight years.
