Romy Cage

Romy brings more than a decade of experience in leadership, learning and development, employee experience, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has built and transformed training programs, developed leaders and teams, streamlined processes, and created resources designed to improve both the employee and client experience.

Prior to joining MGP, Romy served as Senior Director of Enrollment Operations and Learning & Development at StackRoute Learning, where she provided leadership across multiple functional areas, including Learning & Development.

Romy holds a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Training and Development and has also completed graduate studies in Executive and Professional Coaching.

Romy is a huge sports fan and can happily talk sports with just about anyone. She loves staying active, spending time with the people closest to her, and is always up for a little friendly competition.

She’s also endlessly curious and loves learning about personal growth, mindset, and what makes people tick. Outside of work, you’ll often find her listening to a podcast or audiobook, working on a creative project, or going down a research rabbit hole about whatever has sparked her curiosity that week.
