Angie began her customer success career in the insurance industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client management. By building meaningful relationships, she was able to uncover my customers’ true priorities, enabling dynamic goal setting and effective milestone tracking. After 18 years of working in insurance, Angie transitioned into the startup space, specifically focused on metabolic health programming to improve health outcomes for members and deliver measurable ROI for customers. Now at MGP, she’s excited and proud to empower our local governments to fully leverage MGP’s services to unlock community advancement through data and technology. Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with her family, walking, Pilates, gardening, and being an amateur barista in her hometown of Libertyville.
